CHILL & CHARGE PROMOTION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Chill & Charge II Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Integrale Homes Pty Ltd (ABN: 69 144 582 203 | QBCC: 15007582) (“Integrale Homes”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By entering into a preliminary agreement under this Promotion, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms:
- Promotion Overview
1.1. The Chill & Charge II Promotion is available to new customers of Integrale Homes who enter into a preliminary agreement to build a Single Storey Integrale Homes design on or after 1 August 2026, for a limited promotional period.
1.2. The Promotion includes the supply and installation of the following for a fixed cost of $6,500
(inc. GST):
- Fujitsu ducted air conditioning system; and
- Goodwe 9kW solar charge pack comprising:
19 x Tier 1 475W panels
Goodwe Hybrid 9.9kW inverter EHA
Goodwe ESA 16.6kWh battery
2.Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Promotion, all of the following conditions must be met:
2.1. The home must be a single storey design by Integrale Homes.
2.2. The customer must pay the preliminary fees on or after 1 August 2026, within the promotional period.
2.3. The customer must enter into a building contract within 30 calendar days of the preliminary agreement date.
2.4. Construction must commence within 6 months of the date of the signed preliminary agreement.
2.5. A maximum of five (5) non-structural design changes are permitted at contract stage.
2.6. Design changes must not:
Increase the building footprint or roof area (step-outs under soffits are permitted up to a maximum
of 3 metres);
Increase the size of any bathrooms or ensuites.
2.7. The Promotion is not available for:
Double storey home designs;
Rural lots or blocks with more than 2 metres of fall across the site;
Custom designs;
Knock-down rebuild (KDR) projects;
Projects located outside of approved Integrale Homes build areas.
2.8. No further design changes or client-requested variations will be accepted after the colour selection variation stage.
2.9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive.
2.10 Promotion excludes Panel Tilt Frames for low pitched roof’s
3. General Conditions
3.1. All builds are subject to Integrale Homes Pty Ltd’s standard building contract conditions.
3.2. The Promotion applies to the Company’s most current standard pricing at the time of contract.
3.3. Integrale Homes reserves the right to revise, update or change product pricing at its sole
discretion and without prior notice.
3.4. All promotional imagery, marketing materials, online content, and printed collateral are for
illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the inclusions of this Promotion.
3.5. Integrale Homes reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to suspend, extend
or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice or liability.
