We liked that Integrale did the ‘total package’, and that there were no hidden costs. We also liked the floor plans that were available.
Kahl was a wonderful sales consultant. He was kind and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and gave us different ideas on how to utilize space.
The colour selection experience was great. Sarah took her time to explicitly go through each item. She also had good suggestions about colours that work well together etc.
We loved receiving the weekly updates from Amy regarding our homes progress. It was great to meet with Troy at each stage completion meeting. He was very friendly and would answer any of our questions. Amy and Troy both went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure everything was on track and fix any small problems that occurred along the way.
The friendly, helpful staff and seeing our home take shape. Of course, also the hand over meeting where we received our keys to our beautiful home.
