The “GLITZ SOLAR FOR JUST $1500” – Supply and installation of a Bradford 4.4kw Solar Pack Lite, 5kw Sungrow inverter, 12 x Canadian solar PV 370w panels, Sungrow monitoring

The “GLITZ SOLAR FOR JUST $1500” Offer is valid to Integrale Homes Pty Ltd new customers who enter into a preliminary agreement to build a new Integrale Home with a minimum of “The Total Package” inclusions from the 11/1/2021 for a limited time. 1 (one) – “GLITZ SOLAR FOR JUST $1500” will be supplied and fitted when meeting the following conditions:

• Offer only available for new preliminary fees taken from 11/1/2021 for a limited time
• Enter into a preliminary agreement and have an executed building contract within 90 days from the preliminary agreement date
• Construction must start no later than 6 months after signed preliminary agreement
• Only available on Integrale Homes “New Home Design Range” with a minimum total package inclusions
• Offer is not available on custom homes or modified Integrale Homes designs

Equipment positioning, and installation methods will be the sole decision of Integrale Homes and Bradford Solar to seek optimal performance of the Bradford Solar Pack Lite

Some customers/ installations may be subject to additional installation costs:

• Double storey homes: additional $250 per installation
• $99 for tilt kit per solar panel (12 panel cost $1188) Required if roof Pitch is Less then 10deg
• Any other unforeseeable requirements that fall outside the standard installation provided by CSR Bradford

Some customers may choose “Optional Extras” that may include:

• Upgrade to Bradford Solar Bradford 6.6kw Solar Pack Lite , 5kw Sungrow inverter, 18 x Canadian solar PV 370w panels, Sungrow monitoring by CSR Bradford. Upgrade price form the 4.4kw solar pack lite $773
• Upgrade to add 1 x Tesla Powerwall 2 – $12,786

Any item included in the “GLITZ SOLAR FOR JUST $1500” offer cannot be Traded, claimed against or credited for cash.
