Terms and Conditions

The “Yours For Less Promotion” is valid to Integrale Homes Pty Ltd new customers who enter into a preliminary agreement to build any Single or Double Story Integrale Home from 01/02/2025 for a limited time. The “Yours For Less Promotion” means, Receive a discount of up to $15,000 off the price of your new home (the discount is design specific and varies for different designs, The $15,000 discount is based on the Seaview 333 design), and when meeting the following conditions:

  1. The offer is only available for new preliminary fees taken from 01/02/2025 for a limited time.
  2. Enter into a preliminary agreement and have an executed building contract within 30 days from the preliminary agreement date.
  3. Construction must start no later than 6 months after the signed preliminary agreement.
  4. A Maximum of 5 non-structural design changes at  contract stage.
  5. Changes Must Not Increase the Footprint or Roof Size (Step Out Under Soffits Allowed for a Maximum Of 3m)
  6. Changes Must Not Increase Bathrooms or Ensuite  Sizes
  7. NO Changes to Lower Floor Of 2 Story Homes
  8. Blocks To Have a Maximum Of 2m Of Fall Across Block
  9. NO client requested Variations after Colour Selection Variation.
  10. NO Additional Promotional offer is available.
  11. Not available on Rural Blocks, Basic Custom Designs, High end Custom Designs or outside Integrale Homes Build area (Approved Developments Only)
  12. Not available on Knock Down Rebuild sites.
