Terms and Conditions

The “SPLASH OUT” Offer For $28,000.00 is valid to Integrale Homes Pty Ltd new customers who enter into a preliminary agreement to build a new Integrale Home with a minimum of “The Total Package” inclusions from the 01/07/2025 for a limited time. 1 (one) – SPLASH OUT will be supplied and fitted when meeting the following conditions:
1) Offer only available for new preliminary fees taken from 01/07/2025 for a limited time
2) Enter into a preliminary agreement and have an executed building contract within 30 days from receiving the initial preliminary fee
3) Construction starts no later than 6 months after signed preliminary agreement date
4) Only available on Integrale Homes “New Home Design Range” with a minimum Total Package inclusion
5) Offer is not available on custom homes or modified Integrale Homes designs
6) Only available in approved Integrale Homes Developments –

This offer is valid on Integrale Homes Pty Ltd most current price list. Integrale Homes reserves the right to revise, update or change prices without prior notice or obligation.
Promotional offer is restricted 1 x SPLASH OUT per home contract.
Equipment positioning, and installation methods will be the sole decision of Integrale Homes
Any item included in the “SPLASH OUT” offer cannot be Traded, claimed against or credited for cash.

Furthermore, Integrale Homes Pty Ltd reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the “SPLASH OUT” offer at any time without prior notice. Any images associated with this promotion, and all other collateral, print materials, website and online products of Integrale Homes Pty Ltd are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent what is included in the “SPLASH OUT” promotion.

The “SPLASH OUT” Offer For $28,000.00 includes :
The supply and installation of a 6 x 3 Inground Concrete Pool with the inclusions listed
• Engineer Structural Design For Pool Shell
• Excavation And Dumping Of Soil In Approved Development (Excludes Rock Excavation, Additional Dumping Charges Will Apply Outside of Approved Development)
• 400 x 400 Pool Coping Tiles from Resort Range
• Pebble interior Lining from Builders Essentials Range
• 1 X Led Pool Light
• Plumbing for Filter Suction & Return.
• Plumbing to Stormwater for Overflow
• Plumbing to Nearest ORG for Waste
• 1HP Pool Pump (To Be Located No More Than 10m From Pool Skimmer Box)
• Salt Water Chlorinator
• Sand Filter
• Pool Handover Kit Including Vacuum, Brush & Scoop.
• Concrete Slab For Pool Equipment (1.2 X 1.7)
• Electrical Circuit for Pool Equipment (On External Wall Of House)

The following items may be required but are not included in the promotional offer, if required they must be supplied and installed by Integrale Homes at the cost of the owner. Items required will be priced at Integrale Homes Normal Retail Price
The ““SPLASH OUT” promotion does NOT include the following:
• Piers to House Slab Where Pool Fall in The Zone of Influence of the House or Existing Structure on Neighbouring properties
• Rock Excavation (If Rock is Encountered During Excavation the Additional Cost Will Be the Responsibility Of The Owner)
• Pool equipment cover
• Provision For Solar or other Heating including Electrical Circuit
• Waterline tiles
• External concrete around or in pool enclosure
• Pool fencing.
• Temporary Fencing and / or Platform for Pool During Construction to comply with council and Workplace Health & Safety Requirements
• Additional Dumping Charges of $1500 apply outside of approved development areas.
