“Rent” means – A rebate amount of $10,000.00.

Is being offered by Integrale Homes Pty Ltd. referred to hereafter as “The Builder”

“Relief” means – The builder will rebate back to the persons or entity that enters a contract to build with the
builder.

Terms
Enter into a preliminary agreement to build any Integrale Homes design with the builder from 01/07/2024
with a minimum of the builders “Total Package” Inclusions and the builder will pay you rent of $10,000.00
during construction.
This offer is not available with any other offer or discount.
Double story homes will not attract additional rebates.

The “RENT RELIEF” Offer is valid to Integrale Homes Pty Ltd new customers who enter into a preliminary
agreement to build a new Integrale Home with a minimum of “The Total Package” inclusions from the
01/07/2024 for a limited time. 1 (one) – “RENT RELIEF” will be applied when meeting the following conditions:

• Offer only available for new preliminary fees taken from 01/07/2024 for a limited time.
• Enter into a preliminary agreement and have an executed building contract within 30 days from the
  preliminary agreement date.
• Construction must start no later than 6 months after signed preliminary agreement.
• Only available on Integrale Homes “New Home Design Range” with a minimum Total Package
  inclusions
• Offer is not available on custom homes or modified Integrale Homes designs.

Payment Breakdown:
Base Stage 10%, $1000
Frame Stage 15%, $1500
Enclosed Stage 30%, $3000
Fixing Stage 20%, $2000
Practical Completion 25% $2500
